Utah Broadband has teamed up with MetroBridge Networks, a premier business broadband provider. Together, we are bringing the first high-capacity commercial WiMAX internet solution to the Greater Salt Lake community. We look forward to providing an extended range of cost-effective products and scalable services to fit the immediate and growing needs of our customers.

Over the next few months, Utah Broadband (now MetroBridge Networks) will be expanding and upgrading the network. We have planned for and anticipate a smooth transition. Some of the changes which will impact you are:

• The company name will change from Utah Broadband to MetroBridge Networks on invoices, phone systems, correspondence, etc.
• We are upgrading many of our primary wireless links from unlicensed to licensed connections. This is a huge benefit to you by ensuring higher reliability, adding capacity, and providing faster internet speeds.

Things that won't change are:

• Our phone numbers and general contact information
• The same local staff to serve you
• Your email address, service levels, etc

With MetroBridge's high-capacity network, and your familiar on-the-ground UBB team, we are excited to provide you the same great service with added network efficiency, increased security, and many more value-added products and services.

Our goal is to continue to improve our service by hiring the best staff in the industry, operating efficiently, and expanding crucial services so that we may serve you for many more years to come.
